1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing www.thewarrantyadvocate.co.uk and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. The "Insider" Operating ModelThe Warranty Advocate is a network of active automotive industry professionals. To prevent conflicts of interest with major warranty providers and protect our insiders, we operate completely anonymously. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this operating model, understanding that physical addresses and personal names of our assessors are withheld for security purposes.

3. Our ServicesWe provide technical document drafting, diagnostic review, and consumer rights advocacy. We translate your garage’s technical data into a formal appeal to challenge unfair warranty rejections. We do not provide formal legal representation in a court of law.

4. Fees and RefundsOur Tier 1 Technical Appeal Document is provided for a flat drafting fee (currently a launch offer of £99). Because this fee covers the bespoke time, insider expertise, and technical labor required to forensically review your documents and draft the appeal, it is required upfront and is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of the final decision made by the warranty company.

5. No Guarantee of OutcomeWhile we utilize decades of insider expertise to build the strongest possible technical case against unfair "wear and tear" or mechanical denials, the final authorization of any claim rests solely with your warranty provider. We guarantee the highest quality of technical advocacy, but we cannot legally guarantee that the warranty company will reverse their decision.

6. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate, unedited diagnostic reports and correspondence. We rely on the facts provided by your garage to build your case. Any falsified documents provided by the client will result in the immediate termination of services.
